It’s set to be full of ideas, discussion and useful tips for you – but don’t take our word for it, see what attendees had to say about our last event in Manchester by watching the video above.

Headlining is the entrepreneur behind multiple-award winning Seafood Pub Company (SPC), Joycelyn Neve.

She will talk about her experiences in the trade, which has seen her build a 10-strong empire across the North West just six years after opening her first site.

Joycelyn will be joined at Liverpool's Old Blind School by a host of former BII Licensee of the Year winners.

Ashley and Kelly McCarthy, of Ye Old Sun Inn in North Yorkshire, and Ali Carter of Cater Cost will join her to examine the challenges and solutions to offering food.

Lee Price, of the Royal Pier in Aberystwyth, will join Sky Sports for a discussion about maximising your sports offering.

There will also be practical sessions on beer and spirits with sponsors Heineken and Diageo.
