A new look for the entire Carling range has been unveiled, as brewer Molson Coors looks to "energise the brand and the mainstream lager category."
The new design is said to be more modern and bold and will feature across Carling Lager, Carling Cider, Citrus Twist and Premier.
It will start to appear in bars from next month (March).
"The new identity is simple yet proud, reinforcing Carling's values - genuine, dependable and unpretentious, cementing and driving our position as Britain's original and best loved lager," said brand director Jim Shearer.
The move forms part of a larger investment in the brand, particularly its sponsorship of the Premier League.
The brewer will be helping pubs become the best place to watch the footie with a new scheme that offers support to licensees that gain accreditation as official Carling Premier League Pubs.
The mainstream lager category is getting serious investment from the big brewers of late, as they look to attract a new generation of drinkers. Last month Carlsberg announced plans to revitalise its flagship and Export brands.
