Keeper's Meadow Cider, new from the Cornish Orchards stable, is the first in its series of limited edition ciders, created to reflect the seasons.
Described as, "delicate and Prosecco-like" the four per cent ABV cider is rolling out in keg now and in 500ml bottles from the middle of next month (May).
The Fuller's owned cidermaker recommends it is drunk with freshly caught white fish to bring out the "crisp apple flavours and refreshing finish."
It's not the only new cider from the producer to hit shelves this spring, either.
Cornish Orchards has also created a new sparkling apple drink, made from fresh pressed Jonagold apples and local spring water, and is rolling out three of its tipples into trendy cans.
"Our much loved Gold Cider, Blush Cider and Alcoholic Ginger Beer are all now available in 330ml cans, just the right size to enjoy in the beer garden," a spokeswoman said.
