Beer hygiene company Avani has created a series of humorous "How not to" educational films.
The films are designed to help pub teams remember how to do things properly by making them laugh.
Filmed in the style of Pathé News clips and old fashioned public information films the videos will cover a range of dispense tasks and cellar operations, including changing a keg - which is the first of the films to be released (see above).
They were all filmed at The Kings Arms Coaching Inn, Swaffham, Norfolk, starring the pub's licencees Graeme Taylor and Claire Evans.
"The idea behind the series is that people can learn by other people's mistakes," says Avani's Amanda Thomson.
"There's also evidence that people are more open to training, and remember better what they've learned, when that training is fun. That's the premise behind the films."
