As the popularity of alcohol-free grows this new entrant to the market claims to be a zero alcohol drink that can be aged just like a fine wine.

Created by wine expert Hilary Marsh, Botonique Crisp Dry White, is made from a blend of botanicals including citrus, ginseng and milk thistle.

It is intended to have a similar taste profile to wines such as Sauvignon Blanc or Albariño and to go well with food.

"Botonique's superpower is that it's something I can happily switch to after a few glasses of wine. Because it contains nutrients, to replace those that alcohol depletes, when I make that switch, even if temporarily, I'm doing myself a doubly good turn," Hilary says.

The 2015 vintage is being rolled out exclusively across the on-trade now.
