BrewDog is celebrating the growth of its flagship beer by launching a recruitment drive across the UK.

The Scottish brewer and pub operator saw UK sales increase by 93 per cent in September compared to the same month last year. Punk IPA sales were up 102 per cent in the on-trade.

The company is continuing its expansion by advertising for a new team of on-trade sales managers, an on-premise specialist in Scotland and a national on-trade controller.

The move follows the recent launch of the fifth round of its Equity for Punks scheme, which is aiming to raise £50m to continue its global expansion by building new breweries in Australia and China.

BrewDog is also planning to open 15 more craft beer bars in the UK.

Steve Ricketts, BrewDog's head of UK sales, said: "Our success so far demonstrates that the craft beer revolution is far from over, and as we gear up for 2018, we're ready to take it up a notch and bring more passionate people into the BrewDog family."
