The soft drink will also be taking the Premier League Trophy on a tour around the UK in March and April as it looks to promote its new three-and-a-half year, multi-million-pound sponsorship deal.
The campaign, Where Everyone Plays, aims to show that it's not only the players that make the Premier League one of the most exciting in the world but the fans too.
Alongside Manchester United and England star Jesse Lingard and former Premier League star and pundit Jermaine Jenas, the TV ad brings together 250 real supporters from all 20 Premier League clubs, profiling unique characters including Everton fan icon "Speedo Mick" and Crystal Palace mascot Kayla the Eagle.
The activity will also include media partnerships with Talksport and Joe.co.uk which will run throughout the year.
"Coca-Cola has always been a passionate supporter of football and sport and we're excited to be able to bring fans closer to the action through our partnership with the Premier League," said Paul Grace, marketing director at Coca-Cola GB.
"We want to use this opportunity to celebrate the people who make the Premier League the best in the world, as well as raising awareness of our wide range of drinks."
