The new bottle uses biodegradable paint, cork with a wooden top and a paper seal to ensure it is 100 per cent recyclable.

Made by the Isle of Wight Distillery, the design aims to resemble a mermaid's tail and the colours of the sea. It has also been weighted forward to make it easy for bartenders to handle and there's a flange for easy pouring.
