The latest Brewhouse & Kitchen site in Bournemouth, Dorset, has opened with a new food menu starring beer.
Like all Brewhouse & Kitchen pubs, there is a dedicated brewer and microbrewery on site to produce a selection of exclusive beers.
The new menu, designed by executive chef Tom Bew, will showcase these beers in dishes such as IPA battered fish & chips and tortilla chips & beer dips.
There'll also be burgers served in a sourdough beer bun, topped with homemade IPA cured pickle, a cask ale relish and a portion of fries tossed in a garlic & hop salt.
A selection of ‘beertails’ will also feature, offering a beer-based twist on mixes such as Largarita (a blend of blanco tequila, fresh lime, sugar & lager) and Negroipa (a mix of Campari, Antica Formula sweet vermouth & IPA).
This new food menu will now launch across the group.
As one of the largest Brewhouse & Kitchen redevelopment projects to date, the new site boasts a three-storey extension as well as a beer garden, where guests can book purpose built beach huts.
Commenting on the launch, chief executive Kris Gumbrell, said: “This new addition has been a long-term project in the making, but we’re very excited about opening in Bournemouth town centre."
