We caught up with celebrity chefs, the Tanner brothers, at their pub to hear what they've learned about becoming publicans.

Chris and James Tanner, award-winning chefs and restaurateurs, opened the Kentish Hare in Royal Tonbridge Wells, Kent, in 2014 and have since seen it win an array of accolades, including its two AA Rosette status.

Despite opening their first restaurant in 1999, this is the brothers' first pub.
