Fuller's has transformed the Fence in Farringdon into a vegetarian and vegan venue for the majority of May to celebrate all things plant-based and meat-free.
The pubco's food business has undertaken the move to overlap with National Vegetarian Week and it sees the Fence showcasing vegan wines and beers alongside a juice bar and all veggie and vegan menus.
Across the UK, 160 Fuller's Kitchen venues will also be serving veggie takeovers of signature dishes alongside a curated vegan beer and wine menu.
Plates at the veggie venue will include small plates, burgers, salads and evening platters including pulled jack fruit tacos, Genoa pancake with spring vegetables, courgette and pine nut pesto, and Kentucky fried seitan burger filled with vegan slaw.
Additionally, there will be sides, dips and a pudding menu with vegan caramelised mango crumble, almond anglaise and creamed coconut rice, banana and caramelised coconut.
In terms of veggie and vegan-led events, Fuller's plan to do bottomless vegan brunches every Saturday with hard juices, superfood cocktails, vegan prosecco and DJs in an urban garden seeting.
