Do you have a great Nutella recipe? Now is your chance to take on other chefs and pubs to be considered the best of the best.



Ferrero Foodservice is hunting for the most innovative Nutella recipes with a live final taking place at Salon Culinaire during the Foodservice Show in January 2019.

The competition will see eight chefs battle it out on a live stage to be crowned overall champion, and win a trip to Piedmont - the Italian home of hazelnuts.

It is calling on chefs to invent a sweet or savoury dish that is less than 500 calories and contains no more than one heaped teaspoon of Nutella per portion.

In partnership with the Craft Guild of Chefs, the final will see chefs given 30 minutes to produce two portions of their Nutella creations.

The judges will be looking for dishes that show creative flair in using the hazelnut and cocoa spread, while ensuring the taste and texture of Nutella is recognisable.

"We want to see chefs celebrating the iconic taste of Nutella at the heart of their dishes. This challenge is the perfect opportunity for chefs to showcase their artistic ability and push the boundaries of modern cooking."
