The burger is made with 50% British beef and 50% vegan meat alternative, Beyond Meat. 

The brewer and pub operator is aiming its new Hybrid Burger at diners trying to cut down on their meat consumption.

All of its bars currently serve the Beyond Meat "bleeding burger" on its menu, as well as British beef burgers, and this is being touted as a stepping-stone between the two.

It is served in green matcha tea buns, topped with vegan Gouda cheese, crispy onion straws and a potato rosti.

Brewdog says the dish is the "the palatable option for those that love both the planet and meat," and is promoting its launch with a half price offer until October 10.
