A pub is potentially months away from becoming the first in the country with its own zoo.
The Fenn Bell Inn in the Kent village of St Mary Hoo has the animals and enclosures in place and now just needs permission from the council to open the doors of its zoo to the public.
Licensee Andy Cowell's private collection of more than 100 animals is already housed on land next to the pub but a full licence is required before visitors can view the more exotic creatures.
If Medway Council grants the licence on April 20th then guests will be able to enjoy a pint and some food before visiting the meerkats, monkeys and much, much more.
Inapub dropped in last week to see how things are progressing. Watch the video to have a look for yourself.
