World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is returning to the ring and pubs will be able to screen the bout on Sky Sports Box Office.

He takes on undefeated New Zealander Joseph Parker in a unification fight on Saturday March 31 at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

It could be a big draw for pubs after an Ipsos MORI survey suggested Joshua's stunning victory against Wladimir Klitschko last year was seen by one million viewers in pubs alone.

David Rey, Sky Business managing director, said: "Joshua v Parker over Easter Weekend? This is a fight that's not to be missed. 2018 is going to be a great year for boxing which continues to grow in popularity amongst pub customers.

He added: "According to a MatchPint report, the average pub makes an extra £900 from a pay-per-view boxing event, making this fight a great opportunity for pubs to attract in sports fans and boost trade."

Other action from the ring this year will include, Amir Khan returning to Sky Sports on 21 April, the Bellew v Haye rematch on Saturday 5 May, as well as action from Katie Taylor and Kell Brook.
