From Sunday league to Premier League: Ian Cater, number one for The Carpenters Arms, St Albans and Siri Durani, stopper for The Swan, Wimbledon, London, were invited to the training session of a lifetime with Arsenal goalies Petr Cech and David Ospina, as part of the BT Sport Pub Cup.

They were put throught their paces at Arsenal's London Colney training ground. You can see how they got on in the video above.

Starting off as a 7-a-side competition, The BT Sport Pub Cup will take place at six football stadiums across the UK, including Everton's Goodison Park and Sheffield Wednesday's Hillsborough.

The tournament and semi-finals will then turn into an 11-a-side competition to take place at St George's Park before the final at the home of Leicester City on Saturday June 2.

The two finalist teams will also be managed and coached by BT Sport pundits, former Welsh internationals Robbie Savage and John Hartson.
